Our camp - Pitch

Pitch for campers or caravans, with electricity and access to shower & WC in separate building.

Our pitches offer you simple, natural overnight accommodation directly at the camp.

All pitches have electricity, a paved surface and are in the immediate vicinity of the sanitary facilities with showers and toilets.

Ideal for campers, motorhomes or small caravans - in a quiet location with short distances to all areas of the camp.

Personal data is only collected on this website to the extent that is technically necessary. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is required by law or you have given your express consent.

When you visit our website, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us. This includes

Imprint

1. booking & conclusion of contract

    • With your booking, you authorize Fishing Camp Serravalle to provide the booked services (e.g. accommodation, motorboat, additional services).

    • The contract is concluded with our booking confirmation.

 

2. payment

    • The total invoice amount is due 30 days before arrival at the latest.

    • For short-term bookings (less than 30 days), the full amount must be transferred immediately.

 

3. benefits

    • The scope of services can be found in the respective description on our website or in the booking confirmation.

    • There is no minimum overnight stay; the agreed days apply.

    • Arrival and departure are at your own expense and risk.

    • Optionally bookable: Airport transfer by arrangement.

 

4. withdrawal by the customer

    • Withdrawal is possible at any time, but should be made in writing.

    • Cancellation costs:

        • up to 30 days before arrival: 25 % of the total price

        • 29-15 days before arrival: 75 % of the total price

        • from 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100 % of the total price

 

5 Liability of the organizer

    • No liability for force majeure or weather-related influences (flooding, storms, etc.).

    • No liability for changes in the law in the host country (Italy).

    • Claims for damages are excluded, unless there is gross negligence or intent on our part.

 

6. use of devices & equipment

    • The hirer is fully liable for damage caused by improper or negligent use of the equipment provided (boats, motors, fishing tackle, etc.).

    • Devices must be returned clean and undamaged.

 

7. duty to cooperate

    • The instructions of the operator and his representatives must be followed.

    • Every guest is obliged to comply with the rules on safety, order and consideration.

 

8. withdrawal by the organizer

    • We may withdraw from or terminate the contract if:

        1. guests disrupt the event or endanger others despite a warning.

        1. Unforeseeable events (force majeure) make implementation considerably more difficult or impossible.

    • Consequences:

        • In case (1), the entire travel price is forfeited.

        • In case (2) before the start of the trip: full refund of all payments already made.

        • In case (2) after the start of the trip: pro rata reimbursement of services not rendered.

 

9. insurances

    • The tour price does not include insurance.

    • We recommend travel cancellation, accident and liability insurance.

 

10. right of withdrawal

    • For distance selling contracts No statutory right of withdrawalas these are services in the leisure sector (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB).

    • Cancellations are governed exclusively by Section 4 of these GTC.

 

11. place of jurisdiction

    • The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the operator.

    • Austrian law shall apply.
